Black-Asian restaurant calls for support during Black History Month

CLEVELAND — Cultural foods have always been a big part of Tiffany Knight’s life. She and her husband, Lloyd Knight, are the co-owners of Blasian Fusion in Cleveland, now sharing flavors from their childhood with others.

Tiffany Knight grew up surrounded by African and Japanese traditions that were passed down from her parents.

“They met in Okinawa, Japan… My dad is African American. My mom is Japanese, and we have roots in Louisiana, so we’ve always enjoyed cultural food,” Knight explained…
