CLEVELAND (WJW) — Cleveland Division of Fire is demonstrating an ice rescue on Lake Erie and FOX 8’s Rex Smith is assisting — by being the “rescue dummy.”
Friday, Feb. 13’s lake temperature off the coast of Cleveland was 33 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. The lake is mostly covered in ice.
