Fast Eddie’s Jumps To Tri City Center As Parma Favorite Grows

Fast Eddie’s Kitchen & Bar is set to reopen in a new Parma space on Tuesday, this time with a larger dining room, a 20-seat bar and a patio. The Cerino family is moving the neighborhood favorite into the Tri City Shopping Center at 7880 Broadview Road, trading its Shoppes at Parma address for the former Two Bucks location. The larger footprint should let the team expand service and evening hours while holding onto the neighborhood favorites regulars expect.

Local Suppliers And Cooking Choices

Cleveland.com reports the Cerinos will lean on regional suppliers, including State Meats, Perla Pierogis and Cleveland Ketchup, and will run fryers in beef tallow while using olive pomace oil for dressings and extra-virgin olive oil elsewhere. The owner told the outlet the kitchen will not be 100 percent seed-oil free but will emphasize traditional fats where appropriate to preserve the flavors of burgers and fried items…
