CLEVELAND (WJW) — A man and a woman were found guilty in the shooting death of a 10-year-old boy last year, the Cuyahoga County prosecutor’s office announced Tuesday.
A jury found Jeffrey Grant, 35, and Lanaemarshe Grant, 34, guilty Friday on all charges, which included multiple murder and drug charges for Jeffrey and involuntary manslaughter and drug charges for Lanaemarshe.
