CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Piles of trash continue to accumulate along East 166th Street near St. Clair Avenue, prompting complaints from residents and frustration from city officials.
Councilman Michael Polensek, the longest serving member of Cleveland City Council, said the dumping problem has persisted for two years. Polensek represents Ward 10, which includes the affected street.
