WILLOUGHBY, Ohio (WOIO) – City leaders are considering a designated outdoor refreshment area (DORA) that would allow people to carry alcoholic beverages between downtown businesses.
The proposal, known as a DORA, would change current rules that require customers to finish drinks before leaving restaurants and bars. Business owners met with city council members two weeks ago to discuss the idea.
