MAYFIELD, Ohio — With the recent sale of two large Progressive Insurance properties, Village leadership will be in adjustment mode as it works to accommodate possible new uses for the sites.
At an auction held Feb. 4, Progressive’s former Campus 1, 6300 Wilson Mills Road, located just west of I-271, sold for a reported $6.75 million.
