CLEVELAND (WJW) — Cleveland EMS dispatchers on Saturday evening told FOX 8 News a person was found fatally shot.
First responders went to the 3400 block of East 98th Street just before 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, for a report of a shooting.
