A man is dead after a shooting took place in Cleveland’s St. Clair neighborhood Saturday evening, according to Cleveland Police Sgt. Wilfredo Diaz.
Just after 5 p.m., officers responded to an apartment complex in the 3400 block of East 98th Street for a report of a person shot, police said.
