CLEVELAND — East Cleveland police officer Latasha Moore appeared in court for her arraignment Monday after being indicted on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges tied to three separate incidents spanning nearly two years.
Moore, 38, pleaded not guilty to the 15 counts against her, including tampering with records and telecommunications fraud. A personal bond of $5,000 was set and later posted. A pretrial hearing for Moore in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court has been set for March 3.
On Feb. 5, a Cuyahoga County grand jury indicted Moore on six counts of tampering with records, one count each of telecommunications fraud, unauthorized use of a computer system, possessing criminal tools and workers’ compensation fraud.
