Evening drivers on Cleveland’s westbound Shoreway found themselves at a standstill Tuesday after a single-vehicle crash on I-90 near Martin Luther King Jr. Drive left one person dead and shut down the highway. Emergency crews blocked all westbound lanes while investigators documented the scene and tow operators cleared the wreckage, backing up traffic and sending a ripple of delays across nearby exits.
According to the Cleveland Division of Fire, one person was killed in the crash, which happened on the westbound side of I-90 just before the Martin Luther King Jr. Drive interchange, as reported by WKYC.
