CLEVELAND (WJW) — Cleveland’s own Cleveland Clinic has been named the third best hospital on the planet in a recent Newsweek ranking.
The publication’s World’s Best Hospitals 2026 list recently revealed that it considers the Clinic one of the top medical facilities, just behind the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and the University Health Network – Toronto General Hospital in Canada.

Other Cleveland Clinic properties also rounding out the Top 250 on the list are:

- Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital — No. 228
- Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital — No. 246
When it comes to the best hospitals in the United States, Newsweek also offered a list for that, and included multiple Cleveland Clinic locations:
