Cleveland homicide detectives investigating after 2 bodies found

CLEVELAND (WJW) – The Cleveland Division of Police is investigating after two bodies were found off of East 162nd Street on Monday evening.

According to police officials, a preliminary investigation revealed that Fifth District officers responded to the area of East 162nd and Midland Avenue after receiving a call about a suspected dead body.

When they arrived, officers found an individual who was pronounced dead at the scene. During the investigation, the homicide unit also found a second body nearby.
