A former Fall River man who is a real estate developer and landlord is facing 50 misdemeanor charges in another state.

Gaulter Amarelo Jr., who now resides in Cleveland, Ohio, was arrested and pled not guilty last week after tenants at 1885 Taylor Road in East Cleveland allegedly had no heat all winter and no water for multiple weeks.
