Euclid woman dies in house fire after saving daughter

EUCLID, Ohio (WOIO) – A 45-year-old Euclid woman died in a house fire last Tuesday after helping her 19-year-old daughter escape from a second-story window of their Morris Avenue home.

Amber Hines was inside the home when it burst into flames around 11:30. She helped her youngest daughter jump from the second floor before she was unable to get out herself.

Her daughter and a 20-year-old son both survived, but were injured…
