CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Waterloo Arts District is getting its first full-service restaurant — by accident.
Millie’s Cocktail Bar, opening March 20 at 15515 Waterloo Road, will pair an inventive drink list with a comforting, Hungarian‑influenced menu in a space that owners Sarah Stocum and Emily Shantery describe as “grandma chic.”
