Richmond Heights City Council’s Planning Committee has expressed safety concerns over the amount of traffic that at times have been backing up onto Richmond Road and within the mixed-use development around the Clean Express Auto Wash.
Located at 645 Richmond Road, the business’s driveway is also used by people visiting the Meijer department store, Firestone and JustStorage and will be used by apartment tenants once units are constructed.
