CLEVLEAND, Ohio – Cuyahoga County is warning residents about Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Medicaid scams impacting the community, especially amid federal eligibility changes that are threatening benefits for thousands.
“Customers should be on the lookout for both telephone and mail scams targeting SNAP and Medicaid recipients,” the county warned in a news release this week.
