CLEVELAND, Ohio – Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has sued steel company Cleveland-Cliffs and local oil and gas company Duck Creek Energy over the way they closed a plant that made deicing brine near the Cuyahoga River.
The suit claims the actions of the two companies risked the release of radioactive contaminants into the river and surrounding environment.
