CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland Police are asking for the public’s help finding a 67-year-old man who has not been seen in several months.
The Cleveland Division of Police Fifth District responded Tuesday to a welfare check at a home in the 10600 block of Saint Clair Avenue. The caller told officers they had not seen or heard from Robert Hicks for several months, police said. When officers went to Hicks’ residence, they found the home unoccupied.
Police say Hicks has several medical conditions, has difficulty speaking and is believed to be without needed medications.
Hicks is 6-foot-3 and weighs about 155 pounds, with brown hair and black eyes…
