Cleveland Heights zoning board nixes dispensary’s request for a drive-through joint

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — Citing a potential traffic “nightmare” outside the Cedar-Lee parking garage, the Board of Zoning Appeals last week denied a new marijuana dispensary’s request for a rear drive-through pickup lane.

Representatives of The Forest dispensary sought a city zoning variance to allow customers to pick up their pre-orders at a drive-up window behind the row of storefronts just north of Tullamore Road.
