CLEVELAND, Ohio – The fourth annual food truck rodeo is scheduled this week in downtown Cleveland.
The event, which started as part of the Bibb administration’s commitment to modernizing city processes, is a one-stop shop for food trucks and hot dog carts to receive permits.
It’s 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday to Friday, March 24-27. Business owners who receive a permit at the event will be able to operate for a year in 14 municipalities across Cuyahoga County…
