CLEVELAND, Ohio — Four Cleveland Clinic hospitals and four University Hospitals made the list of top U.S. hospitals on the 2026 Healthgrades Patient Safety Excellence Awards.
The awards recognize hospitals with the lowest occurrences of 13 preventable patient safety events, including injuries, infections, and other serious conditions.
