CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The former Cleveland divorce attorney accused of killing his client, Aliza Sherman, has a pre-trial hearing scheduled Wednesday in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Court.
Gregory Moore, 52, is scheduled to go on trial Sept. 14.
At a hearing last month, Cuyahoga County Judge Kira Krivosh granted a motion to return Moore’s iPhone seized in a search warrant in 2014.
