MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio – A Cleveland man, 18, was arrested at about 3:30 p.m. March 15 after police caught him in possession of a car that had been involved in a fleeing and eluding incident.
Police noticed the car, a Ford Fusion, parked outside Wah Fu Chinese Restaurant, 15210 Bagley Road. They checked the registration and discovered that the car had fled and eluded Cleveland police, a felony offense.
