CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A home is crumbling on Dorver Avenue, with the porch slowly collapsing on the empty house.
“It is kind of an eyesore when you are riding up and down the street, and it’s kinda dangerous too cause you don’t know when it’s going to fall,” said Jamisha Abney, who lives in the neighborhood near Slavic Village.
