Willoughby City Council has approved the construction of a proposed gas station and convenience store at the corner of Lost Nation Road,and Tamarac Boulevard.
According to City Council legislation, an application submitted for the construction of the station and convenience store has been approved based on environmental considerations. Council determined that the project is allowed to commence and be constructed.
Last month, Roy Sujit, owner of the proposed Tamarac Gas Station, went before the Willoughby Planning Commission to pursue a conditional use permit for the gas station and convenience store.
