Residents of Parkview Apartments in Richmond Heights are still facing garbage piles in hallways, blocked trash chutes, unlocked doors, and leaking pipes.
For years residents have spoken up about the living conditions inside the four-building complex that makes up Parkview Apartments, formerly known as 444 Park and Richmond Heights Park Apartments, that were built between 1965 and 1968.
