CLEVELAND — Areas of Collinwood and Glenville are still without power heading into the evening of Easter Sunday, according to Cleveland Public Power.
Cleveland City Council member Michael Polensek stated in an email sent to public utility officials Sunday afternoon that both areas have been without power since Friday.
