Euclid City Council was recently given an update on the status of Boozerz Sports Bar and Grill, 21702 St. Clair Ave, after a March 26 police raid.
According to the Ohio Investigative Unit, bar owner Sharita Roberts, along with eight other people, was accused of purchasing bars illegally, starting in 2019, and then using those proceeds to purchase more establishments, including Boozerz and The Bench Lounge in Euclid.
In August 2024 Euclid City Council passed a resolution stating to the Division of Liquor Control their opposition to renewing Roberts’ Boozerz liquor license for 2024-2025. They again passed another resolution opposing her 2025-2026 renewal last year…
