16-year-old boy shot by Cleveland police in stolen car, pleads guilty to 5 counts

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A 16-year-old boy who was shot by Cleveland police while driving a stolen car, pleaded guilty Monday in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas to five counts.

Jahmez Johnson pleaded guilty to two counts of felonious assault, one count of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, and two counts of receiving stolen property.

Johnson will be sentenced by Judge Ashley Kilbane on May 18…
