WILLOUGHBY HILLS, Ohio — Willoughby Hills plans to direct a portion of its traffic camera revenue to student driver education as part of a new partnership with the schools.
Willoughby Hills police announced Thursday it will collaborate with the Willoughby-Eastlake School District to launch the “Safeteen” driving program, aimed at promoting safe habits among teen drivers.
