CLEVELAND, Ohio – Pasteleria y Café, which opened in mid-March just east of Public Square, is pivoting concepts. On Friday, May 1, new signage will be installed, and it will become Café Nocturno.
“All the feedback from our customers was that there was a need for a late-night destination with coffee and desserts,” said Phil Davis, co-owner of the restaurant.
