CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The jury trial for a Cleveland man accused in the fatal shooting of a woman whose body was found behind a dumpster, began Monday in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.
Brian Myers was indicted on the charges of murder, felonious assault, and having weapons while under disability.
Cleveland police said Myers shot Melissa Millspaugh, 39, on Oct. 7, 2025.
