WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS, Ohio (WJW) – Multiple people were taken to area hospitals after investigators said a driver crashed their vehicle into a nursing home in Warrensville Heights on Friday morning.
According to Warrensville Heights Fire, first responders were called to Avenue at Warrensville Care and Rehabilitation Center around 10:40 a.m. for reports of a vehicle crashing into the building and a person trapped.
When they got there, firefighters found one person pinned under the vehicle.
“Firefighters quickly initiated extrication operations and successfully removed the patient using hydraulic rescue tools,” the fire department said…
