A tragic crash took place in Idaho on June 16, involving four Coloradans, three of whom were killed.
According to Idaho State Police, the three-fatality crash that’s under investigation took place at about 4 p.m. on June 16, involving a Ford F-150 truck and three motorcycles. At this point in the investigation, it appears as if the pick-up truck, driven by a 60-year-old female from Colorado Springs, was traveling westbound on U.S. Highway 12 east of the city of Kooskia when the driver attempted to pass another vehicle in a no-passing zone. The driver of the pickup was reportedly over the double yellow centerline when she collided with three motorcyclists who were traveling eastbound.
All three motorcyclists were pronounced deceased at the scene, with the driver of the truck transported to a hospital for medical evacuation before being arrested and booked on three counts of vehicular manslaughter…
