Woman riding electric scooter seriously injured in hit-and-run crash in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Colorado Springs police responded to a hit-and-run crash early Tuesday that left a woman who was riding an electric scooter with serious injuries.

Colorado Springs police said at about 2 a.m., officers were called to the intersection of East Platte Avenue and North Wahsatch Avenue for a hit-and-run traffic crash.
