COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO) is searching for a missing man Wednesday night.
EPSO said 81-year-old Ivan Leonard Fears was last seen at 11 a.m. Wednesday on Maxwell Street near B Street, in the Stratmoor area.
