COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A man is recovering after being hit by a car at a busy Colorado Springs intersection Saturday night.
According to police, the man was in the roadway at Astrozon and Chelton when he was struck by an oncoming car. The entire intersection was shut down for more than two hours for officers to respond:

The pedestrian suffered serious injuries but is expected to survive…
