COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Fort Carson will test and conduct updates to the installation’s Giant Voice System on Wednesday and Thursday, with a backup date of Friday, according to officials.
Fort Carson officials said the tests are scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. and will last about 10 minutes.
