The Front Range Passenger Rail District Board on Friday unanimously approved the final delivery plan for the Colorado Connector intercity passenger train.
“This Final Delivery Plan reflects what we heard from Coloradans over the past several months,” said Sal Pace, general manager of the Front Range Passenger Rail District, in a statement.
