COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – According to AAA, across Colorado, gas prices were three cents above the national average at $4.12 a gallon as of Sunday, and although prices across Southern Colorado are lower than the statewide average, drivers are still feeling the high prices.
In Southern Colorado, both Colorado Springs and Pueblo are sitting a few cents below the statewide average, but Skylar McKinley with AAA said the market remains volatile.
“I expected this pinball throughout the summer. It’s what we’ve seen. It’s why I’ve really cautioned folks against getting too comfortable with high, high prices or low, low prices,” McKinley said…
