(COLORADO SPRINGS) — A neighborhood bar and grill is getting a fresh start with a new name, a new menu, and a family behind the business.
The Boulevard recently reopened after being taken over by a group of siblings who grew up in the neighborhood. The family reopened the restaurant in May and has been building out the menu based on what customers want.
