(KRDO) — The use of deadly force by three Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) officers on April 4 that killed a man outside a McDonald’s in the 1200 block of North Academy Boulevard has been ruled justified, according to the 4th Judicial District Attorney’s (DA) Office.
