COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A family in Beulah says flooding has left them overwhelmed by the work of protecting their home.
Julie and Steven Ashcraft have been dealing with flooding that hit their property. Their asphalt paths, land bridges, and entire yard were washed away.
“Yeah, it’s emotional. It’s financial. It’s nuts. Yeah,” the Ashcrafts said. “We got the culvert out, pulled it down there and dug it out so we could hopefully let water run the way it’s supposed to run. And it’s hopefully not going to dam up.”
