(SOUTHERN COLORADO) — Governor Jared Polis will join the community at the Governor’s Table food truck competition at the Colorado State Fair in Pueblo on Tuesday, Sept. 1, as part of the 150 Tables Across Colorado initiative in celebration of the 150th anniversary of Colorado’s statehood.
The event is a twist on the fair’s annual Governor’s Plate food truck competition, built on the belief that breaking bread with a neighbor creates a stronger, more connected Colorado, inviting attendees to share a meal and foster the joy of community connection.
