COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) – A 47-year-old man was arrested Thursday at Memorial Park in Colorado Springs on charges of indecent exposure and unwanted sexual contact.
Police said Benny Moore allegedly spent hours exposing himself to park visitors before officers took him into custody.
