COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Health concerns are being raised about a Colorado Springs nursing home that’s been without water for 11 days as of Monday. A family contacted 11 News, saying they are worried for an elderly family member at Colonial Health and Rehabilitation. In that family, one member is speaking out asking to be referred to as Sam, wanting to protect their last name.
