COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) – Emergency crews have responded to a “serious” traffic accident Tuesday afternoon in northeast Colorado Springs.
According to the Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) , the accident involved multiple vehicles at Union Blvd. and Montebello Dr. One lane of southbound Union Blvd. is currently open as of the time of this writing.
CSFD said one of the vehicles was on fire and a total of seven people were involved in the accident.
Major traffic delays are expected in the area, according to CSFD.
