Federal Drug Bust in Colorado Springs and Pueblo: Six Charged

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado has revealed the unsealing of federal drug charges against six individuals linked to a major drug ring operating in Colorado Springs and Pueblo. This announcement, made on January 31, 2024, marks a significant milestone in a year-long investigation conducted by a consortium of federal and state agencies.

From January 30, 2023, to October 2023, investigators executed nine undercover narcotics operations. These efforts resulted in the seizure of substantial quantities of heroin, fentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine. A pivotal moment in the investigation occurred on January 30, 2024, when search warrants led to the discovery of over 4 kilograms of heroin in a residence in Pueblo​​.

The individuals facing charges are accused of playing various roles in a conspiracy to distribute and possess methamphetamine, fentanyl, heroin, and cocaine. Among those who made their initial federal court appearance are Alex LNU (also known as Miguel Angel Gonzalez), Fidel LNU (identified as Roberto Gutierrez), and Francisco LNU (Luis Saucedo-Bonilla). Additionally, Adan Trevizo faces charges of possession with intent to distribute heroin​​.
